OCNSER Ltd is an awarding organisation licensed by Ofqual and the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education. In August 2011, we changed our trading name to Laser Learning Awards as we decided to re-position ourselves in the market place.
Sarah and Sarah were recommended to lead on our brand re-design. In response to our initial brief they submitted their initial ideas to us in a meeting. They did this in a most professional and effective manner showing advanced communication skills. They were able to respond to questions and ideas from our staff and on the basis of this successful meeting we decided to contract them to undertake the work.
Over the next 2 months they worked up a series of brand identities. They explained and supported the reasons for their design suggestions which were based on thorough research of our company’s profile and background. We agreed on one of the designs, then an iterative process of design development took place which required Sarah and Sarah to be in ongoing communication with our staff. They were always very quick to respond to our requests for changes and they were able to meet, usually ahead of time, every deadline.
The final phase of the work revolved around the application of the final design into a wide range of our corporate image, including letterhead, compliments slips, PowerPoint templates etc. as well as a stock of images related to the original design in alternative formats (black and white versions etc.) They also produced an impressive and very professional ‘Style Guide’ for the brand.
I was most impressed by their combination of creativity, efficiency and professionalism. Furthermore they were a pleasure to work with and their enthusiasm and dedication was evident at every stage of the project. We remain very pleased with their work and the visual strength of our new design has been well received by our customers. All in all we were delighted with the work undertaken by both Sarah and Sarah. We would highly recommend them as two talented and hardworking individuals.
